The A272 runs right past the small street that we are located on making it easily accessible by road and a combination of bus and rail connections mean Haslemere, Horsham, Chichester or Petersfield are within easy reach. The array of beautiful countryside that surrounds the pub also makes The White Horse an excellent refreshment point for walkers and cyclists.
Our Address Directions (click ‘directions’ on the map on the right for google route) By Road From the North, at the Hindhead crossroads turn left towards Haslmere. As you enter Haslmere take A287 right, signposted Midhurst (and Heron’s leisure centre). Follow road right onto A286. As you enter Easebourne turn left on Wheelbarrow Castle. Follow to the end then take first left signposted White Horse. From the East travel along A272 from Petworth. After passing Cowdray golf course on the right, and polo on the left, turn right, signposted White Horse. Set off early and lunch will be ready on your arrival. We’ll fill your water bottles and send you back in the afternoon. Between February and November you’ll easily be back by dark.
